We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Order Swatches' page to test colors and textures in your own lighting before committing to a purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a repair, part replacement, or a full exchange at no cost to you.
